SPECIALIZED FOR SIMULTANEOUS CUTTING OF MULTIPLE STEEL TUBES

Simultaneously cutting multiple steel tubes offers the advantage of higher production output and a reduced footprint of the sawing machine. Cutting multiple steel tubes at once is challenging due to stability and clamping issues, as well as the complexity of the tube geometry. Our experts can advise on the clamping and positioning of the tubes to reach the optimal result. Crafted for performance, the KINS' BLUE Multi saw blade is specialized for cutting multiple steel tubes at once (400-1,200 N/mm²) on high-performance stationary multi-cut sawing machines. No compromises on cutting speed are made at suggested cutting speeds of 180-290 m/min, with a tooth load ranging from 0.03 to 0.19 mm/tooth. The usage of a variable tooth load is recommended.
